I bought a new brake lamp when one failed on my car. As I was away from home and did not have my tools, I paid a small additional charge for the bulb to be fitted. This turned out to be quite fiddly and was well worth the money. I have known Christopher for a very long time and can testify that what he does not know about cars is not worth knowing. Highly recommended.
Worst place in Norwich. They crossed the thread front bolt of my car and not taken responsibility.( The worker was playing with the air gun while removing a wheel instead of doing it right)Now I need to change all the front hub! Poor service. Should be a simple job,

Terrible customer service. I bought two tyres from here a couple of months ago and spent a large amount of money. Yesterday morning, I had a warning light come on to check the tyre pressure which I tried to do at AppleGreens but unfortunately the machine was out of order. I then thought as I had bought tyres from Wilco they would be able to check them for me. They said they would look at the tyre pressure and proceeded to simply add air to them. The warning light was still on so I asked if they would check them over properly as this has only ever happened (where the light has stayed on after adding air) if there has been a problem with a tyre. The man from the office came outside to see what the problem was and then told me that because the weather has been cold that could be the problem and if I want them checking further he would have to charge me. They also said the warning light would turn off after 10 minutes, they offered to disable this too which I thought was strange if it was going to turn off after 10 minutes anyway. So I left very dissatisfied and will not be returning. This morning the warning light was still on so I took the car to Havers Tyres. They’ve been absolutely brilliant! One of the tyres had a fault with a valve. They fixed it - free of charge and were so friendly and helpful. The complete opposite of my experience at Wilco.

Great place for all the essential bits for your car. Just saved £500 on buying a new headlight unit for range rover because of a dodgy bulb connector that only wilco had on the shelf! Would recommend this shop!
