   Used to be my go to. They lost a very good member of staff and its been a bad experience every visit since. The ladies attitude towards customers sucks. And hasn't a clue on cars and parts. To do this job you need to be passionate about cars .

   Excellent efficiency for a click and collect order. The process was smooth, and the colleague I spoke to on the phone beforehand was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However the in-person collection.. When the staff member came from around the corner, the noticeable and abrupt change in her facial expression from cheerful (while talking to a colleague) to very unwelcoming when addressing me was confusing and detracted significantly from the customer experience. While she completed the transaction correctly, the non-verbal message was quite negative it literally took me back as to why you would want to work in a customer service job when your attitude is like that

   Awful company to deal with. Ordered £200 worth of parts online. Paid for next day delivery. I received an email the next day to say they had cancelled the order without a reason given and that I would receive a refund. That was a week ago and still no refund. No one answers the phone. Luckily I paid with PayPal so have opened a case with them. Won't ever use gsf again. Been messed around so much for such a simple order. Will use euro car parts,mpd,panks etc next time as at least they answer the phone and help when a problem arises. Cowboys

   Excellent staff Being a MOBILE MECHANIC ON THE ROAD I need parts fast so very helpful to get customers back on road ,prices are good at times but could do better Amazing deals sometimes & special offers I do shop about for best deals to help customers Budget but GSF still has good parts choice when I’m in shop.*****Five star Customers who order online need to look what they are ordering as it may look cheap but I mite be wrong parts so double check with staff first to get right parts they are always happy to help.    The parts I ordered were the wrong ones. I e tried to return them five different times and there’s always a problem. Their “live” chat system isn’t live at all (three day turnaround minimum), they don’t answer their phones, and I’m sat on parts I can do nothing with. I’ve submitted a chargeback through my card company. Only on the fifth time visiting did they find out the actual part number for what I needed. Wasteful, careless group.

   Online ordering for click and collect.... Speedy it was not! Waiting a good 5 or 10 minutes for someone to turn up and see what I wanted then had to wait while the guy went and found the part. Why did I order in advance if it wasn't going to ready to pick up and go? Not the best experience today I'm afraid. Maybe next time.......
