Great service from Dan and the team. They were able to replace a faulty ABS sensor and MOT my car at short notice so the car is now running great again with a fresh bill of health. Highly recommend. I will be returning with my other cars in the future.
The first year or so of taking my car here for any issues was brilliant. Friendly staff, honesty and transparency, and reasonable prices. That went out the window as of today. No communication after my vehicle was left with them for, by this point, three weeks only to then have the nerve to be testy when asked. It's understandable when you're busy and backed up, but communicating this to your customer helps keep both sides happy! None of that whatsoever. Constant chasing to find out what was going on! It's also deeply frustrating when you learn that they aren't forthcoming about information that you have to call them out on it! Also very frustrating when you're told it had a slot only to then learn that it hasn't been looked at and finding this out because you have to contact the garage. Can't be bothered to keep their customers in the know. Furthermore, finding out that my car was just left to the side for those three weeks of constant stress was the nail in the coffin. Took the car away (after a rather tense standoff) to another garage who sorted it out within a couple of hours. Save yourself the trouble. Go to Thorpe End Garage, or a different one. At least one that keeps you informed. :)
We had alot of trouble with main dealerships without naming names. This company fixed the issues showed and explained everything, reasonably priced great service and we highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

Had a major service done here ( including cam belt, auxiliary belt and water pump replacement) - I think the fact that Dan is booked up for weeks ahead shows how popular he is. He does a good job at a decent price, very honest and trustworthy.
