   Ben and Stefan have both been incredibly helpful and welcoming. As someone new getting into triathlon, it was hard to know where to start, but they gave me a lot of their time to explain, fit, and give advice on the best equipment for me moving forward, alongside reliable servicing. Subsequently I've massively improved my Swimming and Cycling as a result. For anyone else looking for a place that actually cares and will give advice from people who have been there and done it, instead of just being sold kit for the sake of it, I'd massively recommend Tri Harder.

   I did a Retul fit on my road bike (12 years after the initial purchase fit) plus a fit check on my mountain bike. Ben did a great job working through how my set up needed to be adjusted to reflect getting older (I am 62 years). He was knowledgeable and easy to work with, passing on a number of coaching tips. The road bike rides noticeably more comfortably and knee issues on both bikes seem to have been tamed. Strongly recommended.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TriHarder Bike Fit Review If you’re wondering whether a proper bike fit is worth it, let me save you the suspense: yes — especially if it’s with TriHarder. Ben ran the most thorough, detailed bike fit I’ve ever had… and I’ve had a few. The man has enough knowledge in his head to qualify as a human wind tunnel. He’s straightforward, friendly, and genuinely interested in your goals — whether that’s shaving watts or just avoiding feeling like a pretzel after two hours in aero. Across a couple of visits (about three hours total), he dialled me into an aero position so comfy I’m half-convinced he’s some kind of bike-fitting wizard. I can now stay in aero for ages without my back filing a complaint. Compared to previous fits I’ve had elsewhere, this was like upgrading from stabilisers to a superbike. Big thanks to Ben and Stefan for the brilliant service. Highly recommended — unless you enjoy numb hands, aching shoulders, and questionable saddle choices. Then maybe stick to guesswork.

   I recently purchased my new Orbea road bike through Ben at Tri Harder. Ben and Stefan were super helpful in every step of the process. Ben took the time to ensure the bike was everything I needed and wanted it to be. As I’ve only recently started riding road bikes and taking part in triathlon, it was great to talk to and be supported by people who are knowledgeable in this field. They were great at explaining all I needed to know to get the most out of my bike and ride it well. I would highly recommend Tri Harder to anyone and will definitely return in the future for more triathlon/bike advice and support.

   I had done a small Tri and wanted to improve my bike time, so I went to tri harder for advice on whether to buy some new wheels and aero bars for my nice road bike, (I thought a TT bike would be over my budget). Ben advised me on many different options and even offered to set up a TT bike for me to try. I am not very flexible and 62. Amazingly i was able to get comfortable, fairly aero and maintain power. I had a strict budget, but was able to buy an Argon 18 with DT swiss wheels. Ben did an amazing bike fit, and i am able to go back for adjustments as I get used to it (all part of the deal). Nothing was too much trouble. Ben and his team were extremely helpful and patient, always giving me great advice. My new bike has made a huge difference: it's much quicker, more fun and way cooler than any of my other bikes.

   Booked to have a road bike fit with Maciej. Customer service on arrival was excellent, made to feel welcome by staff. Full explanation of the process provided along with hints, tips and guidance for future riding. Posture, positioning, seat adjustment along with a new stem all within the hour for £55. Really impressed and I be will recommending to fellow cyclists.

   Great company to deal with, left a note on the order that I needed it for a certain date, they came back to me that they had a stock error so upgraded me for no additional cost to make sure I had the wet suit for my event! Will definitely be using these again :D
