   Many thanks to Howards Cycles Ltd. Always fantastic service there but today they solved a complicated issue with my new (ish) Brompton that neither I, nor a video call with Brompton could resolve without sending the bike back to London. So, chapeau once again to Howard's Cycles of Wymondham.

   I was way from home working in Diss and had my bike with me to do some riding after work. I picked up some glass which damaged the rear tyre beyond repair. I called Howard's and the full availability of different tyres was proposed to me. The owner assured me he would be there, giving me time to get to the shop. Once at the shop, having chosen my tyres, they offered to fit them for me. This is a great bike shop, really knowledgeable, helpful team. Lots of stock to choose from too. I was back up and running on my bike within half an hour. Support this local bike shop as the service provided is what you don't get when buying online. Highly recommended.

   Had trouble with my front derailleur alignment and after several attempts to fix it I took it here and within 5 minutes Nathan had got it in perfect order. Nathan was very kind and answered all my questions so i better understand my bike. He gave me some useful info about how my shifter has a half position that allows the cage to move slightly towards the smaller cog while in position of the bigger cog which allows all rear gears to be used without chain rub.

   We had an urgent fix required for a bespoke bike and were turned away by other bike shops in the area, they were low on manpower and still made time for us as walk ins. They came up with a prompt and affordable solution and gave great advice. Could not recommend more!

   This is at least my second glowing review for Howards Cycles, but I have to again! Service is just exceptional always, I nipped in today after a flat and some concern around my axel. They matched a tyre and the look and feel of my existing wheel. So, new tyre, new tube and new wheel (It was 7-years old) In out and done in 10-15 mins. Just brilliant, fair price, good advice, happy.

   Not really sure what I wanted. Went to Howard's and met the most helpful honest informative and knowledgable people I could wish for. Ended up buying the perfect bike to do what I need.
