Absolutely love Smyths. The staff are always so friendly and so helpful. They handle Pokemon releases wonderfully too, making it fair for everybody.
I've been shopping at this branch of Symths for years and they never fail on value and great customer service! I'm a massive Pokemon fan, and Symths never disappoint on availability, even when it's release weekend for a new set. 100% recommend shopping here!
Brilliant customer service !.I had an issue with missing parts from my Granddaughters 1st birthday present .Following a phone conversation with a manager called Karl ,the issue was resolved quickly without fuss and I was able to collect the parts from the store at my convenience the same day !.Thank you also to Ben for your help. The store was extremely busy as it was the last weekend before Christmas but I still received first class ,helpful ,friendly customer service !. Greatly appreciated :-)
Walked in asked, where are suitable toys toys for 2 year old who likes wood trains and tractors. Nice staff, got a colleague to show me choices. Choice choosen for 2 year old was favourite present and worked out cheaper than usual online shop. Will definitely shop here again.
Great customer experience at Norwich Longwater branch. Had an issue with a reservation i made online. I spoke to a manager named David who was brilliant and resolved the issue for me in an instant. Went for the first time on 16.08.2021 early evening. Great toy store, floor to ceiling shelves full of toys! Toddler walked around in awe! Everything is clearly sign-posted, wide aisles, bright decor. Can find items easily. Staff were very helpful as we bought a fancy dress and it was missing the headband. Went back in and no questions asked (with receipt) we got another headband. Store was very tidy and clean. Will return to buy Christmas presents.
Poor customer service. Arrived to do Christmas shopping but had no change for a trolley. I asked if they had a token i could buy or borrow a token which they wouldn't do. In the end i tried tying two baskets together and pull them around. After i had filled the two baskets up i gave up and left it behind and went else where to do my shopping. Will not be shopping at this store again!! BRING BACK TOYS R US!!
Brand new toy store for this retail park. Thought it was expensive to be honest. However, we did pick up a few items for the kids including a huge pirate ship. No air conditioning made it a stuffy and sweaty shopping experience. Let's see what the sales bring. Free parking. Other shops are just a stone's throw away as the shop is located on a retail park.
