   Absolutely amazing service! The owner is incredibly kind and went out of his way to help fix my son's bike quickly, even though he was quite busy. He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly and charged a very reasonable price. Truly appreciate the help—highly recommend this shop!

   Called yesterday as my partner’s bike seat wouldn’t budge, Soren was able to fit it in straight away and start working on the problem. I collected it today and he was even able to fit a quick release mechanism to ensure that the problem doesn’t repeat. Very reasonably priced, and very speedy service. Would happily return and recommend to others and I know my partner is chuffed :)

   Helped us out, no end, with an emergency chain, at lunch time, on Christmas Eve. No waiting for stock, like some of the big stores, just simply off the shelf spares, in a proper bike shop. We bought a new bell while we were at it. The chain got us home, where we raided our own spares box, for a new, matching, cassette. Thank you

   A great bike shop, highly recommended! I bought my bike there in Feb this year for a specific purpose (trekking) and I'm so satisfied with my bike. They take time to answer all your queries and provide great advice, very accommodating too. You are given all different options to make your own decision, as they understand budget is important too. Bike fittings and bikes are at affordable prices. Thanks a lot :)

   Took my Boardman hybrid in for a full service and repairs following a crash. I can honestly say that the bike feels better now than when I first bought it second hand 10 years ago. Soren explained everything he needed to do and gave me a worst case scenario on price. It ended up lower than that and his prices are incredibly reasonable anyway. Will definitely go back more regularly!
