Staff helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person. Have used a few times in past for car parts. Nothing bad to say really apart from not always being cheapest around.
Been going to get me car parts from here since i was first on the road. 35 years of good service. They have the best and most comprehensive range of car part at hand or at worst next day. You learn something new every time I have been in the shop. All at a descent prices & a few bargains as you go in the door. You can phone and collect if you pay.
Great staff, I’ve been using Motorfacts for years and always had parts delivered straight away or been available from another branch by 1pm. Not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for these days.
Went in for a light bulb, sold me the wrong one, went back in to change. Bloke gave me the one I neeeded, said they were about the same price, so not to worry about refund and resale. When I asked for price difference, after a big song and dance he said the proper one was £2 cheaper, clearly couldn't be bothered to properly refund and resale the exact items and tried to do me out of my change. Won't be going back.
