I had a great experience at AMC Cars. Ben is a really nice, very knowledgeable person. He’s got lots of affordable cars, all different shapes and sizes. He’s not salesy, no pressure, he just answers questions and puts you at ease so you feel you’re making a good decision. I went looking for something to get me around, but came away with a car that really suits my needs thanks to his guidance, and it was well within budget. Although my spend was relatively small for a car, it’s a lot of money to me so I had a fair bit of anxiety. But by the time I came to make a decision it was easy and I felt totally comfortable. I drove the car, he showed me everything working, even pointed out things I would’ve forgotten to check. Since I bought it, people are already asking me where I got it and I’m happy to recommend Ben and AMC Cars to anyone looking for an affordable used car, and the kind of customer service you always want but rarely get.
I spoke to Ben at AMC cars as I needed to have a reliable runaround car while my own car was off the road for a few weeks. Ben spent an incredible amount of his own time trying to help me decide which was the best way for me to go about it . . and was kind enough to suggest that it may be cheaper and better for me not to buy a car from him or the trade but to look at a private sale. He was able to show me a car in his stock which actually suited my needs perfectly and was offered at a good price. I decided to buy from him as he also provided a new MOT and presented the car in an excellent manner. Having collected the car I needed to ask Ben to sort out one minor warning light which had illuminated for no apparent reason, and Ben immediately resolved the issue in the most helpful way possible. I really enjoyed meeting with Ben and his colleague Caroline and I know that I have been treated in very professional and caring manner by them both. I highly recommend AMC Cars and will be doing do to members of my own family when they need to buy a good used car.
