Have only been to these guys recently for a specific issue that my previous garage couldn’t fix and the guys here have gone above and beyond to find the issue and resolve it. My BMW E36 is no longer clunking and squeaking, and drives like new. For their knowledge, expertise and commitment their prices are incredibly fair and I can’t recommend them enough!

I heard about these guys via member of my family, they did a superb job of fitting a new clutch to my humble little runaround car (not a BMW), and it now drives as if it were a brand new vehichle ! and I love driving it once more. On top of that they were dead friendly & helpful, stuck to their word & the price they charged me for the work was very reasonable too. I will definately be going back there in future - 100% recommended.

Went to this garage as required by my warranty as one of their approved garages. Registered the claim online with them, but after a few days I phoned them as the booking hadn’t been accepted. They booked me in that week so off to a good start. They partly diagnosed the fault, but said further inspection is needed and they need authorisation from the warranty provider before they can continue. 2 weeks later and multiple calls to them, where I was met with the same response everyone time of “the boss is talking to the warranty so we’ll call you back”. Not once did I get a call back. I phoned the other day, demanded to speak to the person managing my case, who gave me the same story and promised to phone me by 14:30 that afternoon. Well 4 days later and no call. I’ve since spoken to the warranty provider, who have confirmed that there has been no communication from this garage! They have flat out lied to me for over 2 weeks. Why they didn’t just say they weren’t interested in the job, rather than keep me waiting. Can’t be trusted, as have evidently lied and failed to phone me (not even one time) after multiple promises of contact. Oh and £90 an hour!? AJ Robertson - in answer to your reply, it was the Focus ST with the Turbo rattle and worn ball joint. Never did get a call back.
Was recommended here by a friend when my car broke down at the weekend. I most say they fixed the problem (cam belt) and added some upgrades to my car for an extremely reasonable price. Staff there are extremely good and friendly.
