    I took my car to this VW dealership for a routine service on a Thursday 4th of December and collected it on Friday 5th of December The first thing I did when I got home was check the dipstick, and the oil level and colour were exactly the same as before the service. The oil was still below the minimum mark and completely dark, so it was clear nothing had actually been done. I had taken before and after photos, and the condition of the oil was identical. I went back on Monday to raise the issue, and instead of being honest, a member of staff tried to be clever. He took the car round the back and added a bit of fresh oil through the engine bay to mix it with the old oil, then brought it back to me as if I was mistaken. He genuinely thought I would not notice, but the photos and the state of the oil made it obvious what had happened. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in VW at this location. I paid for a service that was simply not carried out, and I left feeling as though I had been scammed. It is very worrying, especially for customers who might not know what to look for. I would not recommend anyone come here. They have not been transparent or trustworthy, and I will be sharing this experience in several groups and chats. Save your money and avoid this dealership.

    I have been taking my car in for the same flat battery issue numerous times over 2 years. Last time i took it there I have been recommended to change the battery for over £400 as these type of batteries have faults inside. I told them that battery is on warranty as it has been changed less than two years. They changed their mind to replace battery and charged me £99 for diagnostics again. This is my first ever Google review you can understand how frustrated I am.

    Disappointing service received from this garage. We drove 100 miles to view a 5 year old Golf fully intending to buy it. We paid a holding deposit but it had to go to body shop as there was a small dent to repair. On viewing, there was no service history for the first 20k miles and there was paint bubbling around the rear off-side wheel arch (likely corrosion), so we drove 100 miles home empty-handed. Disappointed that we had to find the problems rather than being told them. We went to a reputable main dealer to avoid this happening.

We recently purchased a car for my son and he was totally overwhelmed with the fuss they made for him when we went to collect his car , made him feel very important like a valid customer which is great .
