We bought a DS4 performance line + a month ago and are extremely happy it’s an amazing car! I highly recommend DS automobiles as your next car. However unfortunately Tates are not the best at making a customer feel valued and there organisation with paperwork is pretty poor! All in all I would have preferred to purchase from another extremely helpful dealer Barrett’s Canterbury however they didn’t have the model & colour we wanted…

The fact that we have just purchased our fifth new car from James at Tates speaks for itself. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service of all the staff we have had dealings with and it is clear that everyone works as part of the team. Thank you all - hence the 5 stars+. I have just collected my pre-owned DS7. The service at Tates was exceptional, easily comparable with that of my previous 'big-brand' German car retailer. Conor was very patient to answer all my questions, both in person and by email, especially as I had gone in several times, and had two test drives before making a decision. Once the decision was made the process was smooth and the information clear. The car itself is very well spec'd and smooth to drive - certainly something different from the plentiful amounts of other premium brand cars out there.

The car is great, really great spec on all of them. I love the DS range. Also the sales team keep in touch throughout to make sure everything is going well with your car after you've bought it.
