   DON’T select this shop to collect your parcel. Customer service is below the belt. Could not explain why my parcel was not is there. Blamed Evri for not delivering to the shop but failed to explain why it was scanned by their machine as collected meaning handing my parcel to someone else. It requires ID to check a parcel but matching a name is different when a person is not doing their job correctly. Will never use this pick up point in the future. Need a better system.

   Been shopping here for 10 years now, such lovely people running the shop, always well stocked up and with great customer service, very polite people always leaving me with a smile on my face. Unlike other reviews left on here, never had a problem with Collect+ with these guys, been receiving and returning parcels like it’s my own home address. Memorable customer service during the first lockdown where the owner was stopping people from bulk buying and was still selling at normal prices unlike the other off licenses definitely one of many reasons why I have been going back. Overall great shop and lovely people working there with a smile on their face to serve me.

   Very poor service. I went in there to drop my parcel to ship on DHL and the shopkeeper didn't even know how to print a label. Instead of just saying so, he decided to just try and dismiss me saying there was something wrong with my shipment that's why the label couldn't print. After arguing with him for a few minutes the owner of the shop comes in and to my surprise the first thing he did was to lie in my face that they don't print labels in the shop. I was adamant that DHL had said the label was to be printed at the shop. After a few minutes of arguing he decided to try to print the label after all and it printed without an incident. Both the owner and his shopkeeper were very unprofessional and customer service was the least thing on their minds.

   Same as other reviews. They are very adamant on not taking medium size items for Collect+ returns. If you don’t have enough space, why are you providing such service. Can’t give lesser review than 1 star otherwise happy to provide 0 as didn’t get any customer service.

   This shop can't provide service. Didn't want to take my parcel for Collect+. Taking to much on they self, as there are other shops, who can do it, why would u promise, and then just refuse. People be aware, this place is just for tiny parcels.... otherwise, point less shop.. pass it for ur neighbours, or to any more responsible!!!
