   Went it to have my hair brightened as I have turquoise to the bottom of my hair and black to the top she dyed the roots which was not a problem. she then needed to bleach the bottom of my hair. This was done by grabbing hand fulls of bleach and applying it to my hair which I thought it was strange. Then after it had taken she applied the hair dye to the bottom of my hair again just by putting it on top and not working it through my hair. then she cut my hair, did not check to see if it was even. both the sides of my diffrent lengths. after she dyed my hair and rinsed it of, she did not show me the back after it had been done. I then asked her to do my eyebrows and she just waxed themin a straight line. no shapping or anything which I was a bit surprised about. On arriving back at the house, my partner stated what a mess. I had blond, orange areas to the back of my hair which she did not cover. I had blond areas to the bottom of my hair where she had not taken the time to do a complete cover up. How can you leave a customer walk out of your place of work like that. Whene I txt her she said to go back for her to correct it and give me the blue dye. no thank you. My partner had to recover all the areas that she didn't completed, she spoilt my hair. What made it worse, I had a wedding to go to a couplenof days later. So unprofessional!! Don't book, seek a professional Hairdresser.

   £130 to have my hair ruined I went in with a healthy head of hair to come out to extremely damaged hair that I will now have to continue to spend money on treatments to fix it Went in to have my hair stripped so I could go to copper , my hair was a faded red at this point Throughout the time there I was told my hair had lifted beautifully and she was really happy with how the colour went on A before and after was taken which never posted clearly due to the state my hair was in. It was pointed out to me when I left what my hair looked like to others , when I fully inspected my hair you could see it was very uneven some parts the dye had not even taken to. I contacted Maria regarding this now she did offer to fix it but given the state my hair was in I did not feel comfortable with her handling my hair again When I asked for a refund I was met with “ Ok il send you back money what’s ur bank details It will be £30 that will more than cover the cost of what I would be doing to you if you given me the chance” Luckily I have family in the business who has now saved my hair , but has advised me my scalp was badly burnt from the bleach , that there is a lot of damaged now to my hair and this will take months of treatment to fix and get my hair back healthier again I’m unsure as to why I was aloud to leave the salon with the hair looking the way it was . I would be concerned for others who weren’t in position to get their hair fixed or even have the money to do so, if they have an experience like mine

   I was booked in as an emergency after I was cancelled by another salon which was amazing to begin with. I got nails, lash lift and tint, I also had an eyebrow wax. They're all awesome but the real selling point is the atmosphere in the salon. Yes it's really busy but it's still very relaxing as everyone is friendly and greets you like they've known you for years. I was included in conversations even though I was a complete stranger. Then when I had to sit for 15 mins to process I said it was nice in the dark with the fan on so the lights were dimmed for me and the fan was pointed at me. It's those little things that money can't buy. I only left a small tip.... but if I had it I'd have rained money on the therapist as she was an actual delight.

   Twice ive been to have my nails done here and all i can say is that im extremely happybwith the service maria is proving, my gels lasted a whole 4 weeks with no chips ect, this is definitely my go to salon.

   Had lashes done first time ever , Maria was amazing , fitted me in Friday afternoon no problem.. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be visiting the salon again . Can’t wait she made me feel so welcome she is one amazing lady thank you Maria I love my lashes xx
