    Awful. Do not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would. Booked an appointment for electrolysis, texted the lady the night before for information on anything I should or shouldn’t do before I came etc. Texted back saying no nothing to do, not to worry. Arrive for my appointment, no real greeting from the lady that was working, just a flick of the hand to gesture to sit down. Sat there 10 minutes while the lady finished her appointment, to be told that the lady that does electrolysis had rung in sick because “she had been up all night spewing” (very professional). When asked why I hadn’t been informed that my appointment had been cancelled, especially as I had travelled from out of the area, I was told the lady didn’t have my number, (when she had replied to my text the night before). Waited all day for a call or text with an explanation or apology for wasting my time, and 3 days later I’m still waiting. Unprofessional, with an epic disregard for people’s time.

    Amazing! Called in on a Thursday and got booked for that same afternoon. She was so quick and professional, really lovely as well. They do 20% student discount, so I've gotten all my flatmates (5 girls) to go there too. Really happy we've finally found a good place in Swansea x
