By far the best nail salon I’ve ever gone to. I got my nails done a fue weeks ago and wow, they look so lovely. The staff are so welcoming and kind, at allot of nail salons you can feel uncomfortable and out of place with how the staff treat you. But I felt so comfortable and welcomed in this salon. The skill these nail artists have is impressive. And their attention to detail is great. This was my first time coming here, and definitely not my last :)
Staff was honestly so nice. I’ve had my nails done in Swansea before and this nail shop was the best set of nails I’ve ever had. Not only was the nails amazing, the staff were so lovely and welcoming. I got my nails done by Lee, he was so sweet and friendly. Replied so quickly when messaging them on instagram too. Would definitely recommend!!
Do not even go here unless you want to be told you’re not aloud to leave. I can not express the utter embarrassment and worst experience of my life during time in this nail shop. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional and it should actually be taken further. Me and my friend had our nails done today which they always do a good job I loved what I had done, when going to pay they said that we could kindly transfer the money as they only take cash which was perfect. My phone had died and my friends 4G wasn’t working so she had to leave the shop to get more service, so I stayed in the shop obviously. One of the workers had asked where she had gone and I explained and then she said she can connect to her hotspot which was nice of her to offer, so as I walk towards the door to go call my friend back into the shop so that we can use the workers hotspot she ran to the door before I could get there and said I wasn’t aloud to leave and pushed me out the way and put her hand on the door. As you can imagine I’m in complete shock with what’s happening, my shopping was still in the salon so I obviously had no intent of leaving I was just trying to go by the door which is all see clear window. as I sat back down she then said that I’m not allowed to leave until I pay, but this lady knew that’s exactly what we was trying to do but made a massive scene in front of the whole shop saying things like “ this is how we get paid, it’s not easy etc “ i kindly said I understand what your saying I’m not trying to leave I was just trying to get my friend so I can pay you, I’m not going anywhere”. as my phone died I obviously couldn’t ring her so the worker said I’ll charge your phone so either you can transfer it instead or ring your friend so I said okay, my friend at the exact time walked and in and said she paid but then the worker refused to give me phone back after I asked multiple times for it until they checked the transfer had gone though which she then gave my phone back. I have never ever in my life had an experience like that it my life and I’m completely traumatised from that situation. And I just want to say I do understand that they was worried we might just be trying to have them on or run away without paying but I’m a regular customer I’ve been a few times, they don’t know us personally so I do understand where they’re coming from but to put your hands on a customer and push me out the way and the rest is completely out of order and I hope no one has the same experience that I did.

I love coming here! Been here 3 times and booked in for nails before Christmas they are always professional and on time. They are clean as well as the surfaces and treat you with care when coming here, good quality for a good price. If you want any style or any patterns they will do it and I always trust them with my nails.
First time visiting the salon and went beyond my expectations, quick, affordable, good quality, friendly services provided by the staff. The salon was very clean, and provided good safety measures for COVID restrictions. Cash only but were very understanding when I needed to go and get cash out!
