   Had my nails done (fresh acrylics with a xmas design). The acrylics were done terribly - bumpy, not covering the whole nail, unfinished edges. Didn’t say anything at the time as the artist Mali made it uncomfortable to correct her. Messaged the owner Clare straight after getting home with pictures and was promised a refund after they could not compromise on a date for them to be fixed. Here we are 15 days later with no resolution. Not only terrible quality nails but terrible service afterwards too!

   Nice staff but did not do a professional job. No effort to properly treat my feet. Gelish thinly applied and not wiped off around nails so I had to wipe off myself when I checked at home. Definitely not worth the premium price as i’ll need to redo my feet elsewhere.

   Horrible, horrible experience!! I booked the lash tint and lift and luxury pedicure with gel polish. I came first for my feet to be done, and a very young, unqualified girl did a so-called pedicure. Just soaked the feet and used an exfoliator but not on all feet. Did not use any file or cutters and did not do my cuticles or skin around my toenails. Didn't prepare the nail plate properly before she put the colour (very badly). I had to stop her because I could no longer watch that horrible "luxury pedicure" and waste my time. I told her I wished to cancel my eyelash treatment completely, even though I had messaged the owner already before that I had to reschedule the treatment as I won't make it for the arranged date( cancellation was 48hrs before the booked date). The owner now says she has to see my toes because the girl said she did nothing wrong. As per the eyelashes appointment, she won't give me my money back (I paid £80 in advance) as the appointment is still in the system (but I have already told 2 people from that salon I want to cancel my appointment). Total rip-off and stolen money!! Utterly disgusted with how the owner treats the client and doesn't want to return the money! Especially that did no treatment !!

   I love going to Beauty in a Blink for treatments. This time was microblading and even though I was a bit nervous Clare put me at ease straight away. Clare is very professional and really cares about how you are feeling and how the treatment is going. You have to wait a while between having the microblading and the follow up appointment and Clare kept in touch during that time to check the healing process and to see if I was happy. I will always go to Beauty in a Blink for my treatments as I am made to feel very welcome. Top quality salon and service!

   Had a lash lift and tint and a hot stone massage yesterday. I went in with the weight of the world on my shoulders and left feeling amazing. Claire is the nicest, kindest person. I've had a few treatments off her and she has become a friend. I even got a much needed hug. The hot stone massage with Will was somethng else. I have trouble with my spine which will never improve, however, i had a few pain free hours which is priceless. I recommend this business a million percent x

   I love this place. I have been here a few times before but this was a first for me for microblading. Clare is so professional and an absolute perfectionist, she talked me through the whole process took her time to answer all my questions. I love the outcome. Would highly recommend!

   Clare’s professionalism is second to none her salon is immaculate. Her attention to perfection 5 star . I have had most treatments and every one has been perfect the array of colours for nails is immense it’s hard to choose . Her skill in individual lashes is second to none the best I have ever had. Would definitely recommend .
