   Went here to have my nails and toes done for my holidays. The woman doing it cut the cuticle i was bleeding she told me it was my fault. 3 times ive had my nails done with her never ever again will i go there its not nia she is brill its the other one wont name her my fingers were stinging comming out of there.

   When my sister used this salon for her wedding nails, and seemed happy at her next appointment, I suggested we went together as there are more than one nail technician and we could have a catch up (both busy people). She agreed and explained to the owner what we wanted and was told this would be no problem at all. Appointments were booked 3 weeks in advance however 2 days before, I had a phone call asking if I could change my appointment. I explained the situation and the caller said she would move another appointment instead. The day before my appointment, I have a reminder text with the wrong time on. I tried to phone the shop but there was no answer. On the day of the appointment the owner told us she had never arranged for us to be at the same time, suggesting that nobody had called me, but Megan could do us simultaneously. We explained we both had appointments later in the day and our cars were parked in one hour bays. We would have left, however the owner categorically told us that we would both be done within the hour. Megan was fabulous and apologetic, but she is no miracle worker so 2 hours and 40 mins later we left the shop. I had to leave after 55 minutes to move both of our cars. I have to rearrange appointments and take work calls in the street. The owner was rude and dismissive leaving one of her colleagues to try and pacify us. Although we both booked back in with Megan as it was not her fault, we decided to go elsewhere. My sister contacted the shop to cancel both of our appointments and left a message as instructed. I have since had a text to remind me that my appointment is due. If I ran my business like this, I would be living on the streets. It is a good job that nails and brows are not going out of fashion as her pool of customers is going to diminish rapidly unless she sorts out her customer service skills. No doubt she will make a passive aggressive response to this review but if the cap fits …..

   Awful service, do not recommend at any costs. My daughter left in tears at way she was treated. Natalie was extremely rude and refused any kind of refund.
