    Wanted to order some parts from them. Wrote them several mails, no response. Called them several times and every time they say the get back to me...... They don't.... Placed an item from their webshop in the basket and they removed it. They also took the item off the webshop. No mail, nothing. Can't give them nil stars unfortunately. They are verry unprofessional!!

    This company supposedly specializes in aftermarket sports bike parts. I spent several thousand pounds with them and have found out that their quality and after sales service is extremely poor. They were eager to make the sale, but not so interested in taking care of my problems with their supplied parts. So far I have had issues with: Inaccurate item counts, wrong titanium fastener lengths, badly machined bolt hex heads and defectively broken special head bolts. The special head bolt defect was a known situation by them, but no recall was issued and when I reported it the owner said "you bought these a while back, right".... No quality, no warranty - so buyer beware!
