I had a problem with my leisure battery so I called thurton Auto for some advice, I had a long conversation with Luke who is extremely knowledgeable with leisure batteries, popped in for a chat with Luke and Nigel also very knowledgeable, purchased a new lithium leisure battery that was fitted today, again Luke was there to answer all my questions on solar and chargers. What more can I say I feel thurton auto went above and beyond with everything. I will definitely be using them again. All the staff I have met are a great bunch . Alan.

I have been using Thurton Auto Centre since the start of the year and at first was happy with the service , Kirsty has always been very professional (but she had not been in the front office dealing with customers recently) . The last couple of times they have done work without giving me a quote before hand .The brake discs fitted in February have warped after just over 7 months only 10k miles of careful driving but I was just told they would just need to be replaced again although the discs fitted were apparently "the Best quality" , my research found that this is most unusual & in an instance like this another source said they would normally be replaced free of charge under warranty in these circumstances, but no offer to do anything like this from Thurton. I'm very disappointed in the recent service from this Thurton AC that claims to give 5* service.
Dean and the rest of the team worked so hard to get my motorhome fixed in time for my holiday! Such amazing service and kept me informed all the way through a massive job. Welding & lights done, I was able to enjoy my trip thanks to this team! 100% would recommend
