Absolutely horrible place to buy cigars from. I will never order from them again. My order got lost by Royal Mail. I get no help from Havana House in retrieving it. Emails and messages completely ignored. Stay well clear unless you want to lose money.
Great selection of Pipes, Tobaccos, other Pipe accessories which blends perfectly with top notch team of customer advisors creating a fantastic experience! Went to Burkitt's after a decade. Had my doubts as tobacconists around the country are reducing like Tigers in the wild, smoked by the vape Shikaris. Times change and we have to accept it. Took a deep breath at the door but was over the moon to see the joint in great shape. Jakob, the gentleman who served me went out of his way to help me, gave me time, was very attentive and did get me most of the things I wanted. Quintessentially Victorian English, wide variety and deep range of cigars both in strength type, brand and geographical origin. Service is excellent and you get the opportunity of taking away another excellent variety of rum, whiskey and of course cognac to go with your cigar. My favourite humidor in the South coast of Britain so far.
