This is the first time going to a barbers after having family members (who were hairdressers) cut my hair. They made me feel welcome, the wait wasn't long and the staff are very friendly. The male baber (didn't chat his name) done a great job in making a style I liked and could manage myself with product. Would recommend and a very reasonable price.

My partner has been a long time customer of Glen's. Glen did an amazing job for my Sons first haircut. Was very good with my 1.5 year old showing him what he was doing before hand and was very patient. Would highly recommend Taffy's
Terrible customer service ! I live in Cardiff so am unfamiliar with hairdressers in neath. It had snowed the day before and was absolutely freezing so rang up first to ensure they could cut my 16month old daughters hair, it's short and boyish as most young toddlers are. They said it's fine, come now. Rock up to a scene where two of the staff are doing nothing and only one (the younger one) is actually working. They see my girl and... Them : "we don't do girls hair" Me : "but I rang up and you said its fine" Them : "this is a men's barber, we only cut BOY toddlers" Me : "what kind of sexist BS is that and also look at her hair it's short, what's the diff. Can't you just make an exception, I've come all this way and its freezing cold " Them : "you should have specified on the phone, so we cant" They literally turned me and my baby away, no sorry, they didn't even have the decency to say "oh but there's All About Cidz hairdressers literally 100 yards away, try them". So inconsiderate, rude and totally unsympathetic of the situation. Go All About Cidz instead......sooo much better, friendlier and considerate.
Came in today with my son, who's quite nervous and sensitive about having his haircut. Dom cut his hair and was excellent!! So gentle and considerate of my son's nerves! Highly recommend!
