I had a hair cut, wet shave and ear/nasal wax. No major moans, but the cut throat shave wasn't very close at all. I'd expect an electric razor to have left a smoother finish. That said, I'd certainly be happy to try them again. The shave may have been a one-off. The nasal and ear hair removal with wax is a very good idea that works well.
In general I am very pleased but today when I went for a haircut the employee there seemed to resent my presence as he cursed in Turkish. I don't know Turkish language but I know their swear words. As for the haircut it was a sprint since literally before he was even done taking care of my beard, he started waxing in one ear and then continued with the other side of the beard. Needless to say the earwax wasn't enough either, he probably skimped on the wax as he then needed both, the clipper, and to burn off what was left of the ear hair. The same was repeated for the waxing of the nose since almost as many hairs remained in my nostrils as there were before the waxing.

Took my 10 year old son here today. We have visited many barbers over the years. But this one is 5 star! The customer service is outstanding. I was offerered complimentary tea or coffee while I waited. Which I happily accepted. We were made to feel very welcome. The barber was very attentive and listened well to what style my son wanted. The cut that followed was amazing! We were both very happy! What my son thought was absolutely fantastic though was the complimentary drink and lolly at the end. Fantastic! We will definitely be bac! Highly recommended
