Alan is such great chap! I can’t thank him enough for fixing my car so quickly after I broke down. He kept me updated and was so knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with such joy and passion. It is always stressful when your car breaks down… But one good thing that came from this breakdown was finding Alan’s company. He will certainly be my point of contact from now on for any car problems. Thank you Alan!
Amazing service from Alan at Norwich Car Clinic. Late on Thursday, I had an engine manage fault and adblue fault appear on the dash. Was recommended to call Alan, which I did at 9am on the Friday, explained the situation and also explained I was due to drive to London on the Sunday and if there was any chance I could be squeezed in before, it would be really appreciated. Long story short, dropped the car off at 1pm and by 3.45pm Alan had messaged to say the job was done. Can't thank you enough for doing the job at such short notice. Also very fairly priced. Would definitely use again and would absolutely recommend to anyone!
Absolutely blown away by the service from Alan at Norwich Car Clinic. An hour into a road trip (in campervan) that had been in the works for four months, the clutch went. By Monday morning I was ringing around frantically, but every garage I spoke to said they couldn’t take on such a big job for weeks. I was pretty much resigned to the fact the trip we’d looked forward to for so long was off. Then I found called Norwich Car Clinic. He gave me a very fair quote, juggled his entire afternoon, and worked completely on his own to get the clutch replaced that same day. Thanks to him, we were back on the road and the trip was saved. What really struck me was how kind and flexible he was throughout. Not only did he get the job done quickly, he also sorted a couple of small issues while he was at it and gave me a heads-up about things to keep an eye on, and dropped the van off to me when done out of hours. It’s honestly restored my faith a bit, knowing there are still people out there who genuinely want to help, not rip you off. If you need a reliable, skilled, trustworthy, and all-round decent mechanic, Alan is the one. I can’t thank him enough!

Just had a clutch replaced following a breakdown. Job done in 1 day, car was dropped in the afternoon and was ready for collection following morning. Definitely go to place.

We noticed a squeaking type noise coming from our car so called Alan. He came out to look at the car out of hours and quickly identified the problem. Even better is that he was able to give us a price there and then and came back the next morning to replace the damaged parts. Alan even dropped by later that day when we were back from work to check the car was functioning properly. Excellent service and lovely chap
My back box on my Ford Fiesta had completely erroded away and required replacing ASAP, I called Alan at Norwich Car Clinic that evening and he arranged to meet me somewhere convenient for me the next morning, parts were ordered straight after Alan confirmed with me and even offered to do it on the Sunday due to my work. While there, Alan went above and beyond, noticing another couple of issues once the car was up and instead of requoting me for these, he rectified while there today and didn't increase the quote. Alan's passion for cars is so refreshing and to have a mechanic walk you through step by step what they're doing and why was amazing. I can't recommend highly enough and will be sending anyone who has any issues straight to him as well as using Norwich Car Clinic for all future repairs. 10/10 Service 10/10 on repairs 10/10 on pricing. Can't get much better in Norfolk!
