Outstanding service couldn’t have asked for more,they did an absolutely fantastic repair job on my Audi A6,from the moment they picked it up at my home until the time they brought it back and they kept me up to date on a regular basis,would recommend this company very good

I'd dealt with Nationwide and Gladwins in the past and hadn't had good experiences. I was dreading using them, but they're the one my insurer uses, so no choice really. Pleasantly surprised in the end. My car was picked up (Audi A5) and I was left with a nippy Vauxhall Corsa. The guy dropping it off was friendly and thorough, pointing out issues I'd missed on the Corsa. They had it in from Wednesday to Monday. Keeping me informed of the progress. On collection I was dealt with in a friendly manner and was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.
Took my car in after I had been shunted at the lights!! I'm very impressed with the service that I received. First of all, the car was taken in as soon as my insurers contacted them. During its stay with them, I received several phone calls, updating me on the progress. They gave me a nearly new Peugeot to use in the meantime. Ultimately, you judge on the end result and I was very satisfied with the work they did. Recommended.
I was referred here for repairs after a non fault insurance claim. I could not have been more impressed. All the repairs arranged and completed in under a week and I was kept informed and up to date by the helpful office staff. When I went to go pick up my car I noticed a few minute scratches on the paintwork. As soon as we spotted this the car was taken back to the workshop and sorted immediately. So impressed.
Car repair through insurer. did more damage than they fixed, left the reverse sensors dangling and superglued on the front bumper in a car that needs to remove the bumper to change bulbs!! etc etc had the car for over a week too. It cost more for the insurers to fix the mess then..Have left it a long time for gladwins to apologise and maybe offer some sort of recompense ( we were told we were liars when we complained) but now feel the need to warn folk away.
