I've changed this review following a not so good experience, Avoid Fridays as they seem keen to finish the day rather than your car. also was disappointed for some other reasons that I'm not going to share publicly
Took my car in for re gas for air con ,re gas it then told me it's not working but still charged me 60.00 pounds for it also they broke the bonnet catch and did not inform us they seem to be in a rush as it was a Friday and they shut at 4 ,will not use they again, poor service.
Really impressed with this Service Centre - everyone was so lovely! Within five minutes of my arrival they started my car's MOT and gave me a choice of the office or a waiting area whilst the car was checked over! Support your local garage people! They are excellent!
I broke down just outside the garage, and after my jack broke, the lovely gentleman in the front gladly lent me a jack to use without any hesitation. It’s so rare to find such helpful garage staff these days and this experience made a really bad situation a lot easier. Thank you so much! I’ll be sure to come back!
Took my car in for an mot such friendly staff. Started to do my mot within 5 minutes arriving and they very efficient in there job. I have moved to the area recently and this is now going to be my local garage. 10 out of 10 for service and friendliness.
