   There’s always a bit of worry when you need to find a new garage for servicing, repairs and an MOT — especially for a Smart Car. We needed a reliable place to maintain our 2017 Smart Car and chose Browne & Sons (Loddon) based on their excellent reputation. We’re really glad we did. The team were professional, polite, and clear throughout, and they carried out the maintenance our car needed to keep us confidently on the road for another 12 months. In a world where many big dealerships seem focused on selling and maintaining newer cars (often only within warranty), it’s reassuring to have trusted, independent garages like this.    Looking for a garage that could maintain Honda cars in the Norfolk area I came across Brownes and thought I'd give them a try. I wasn't disappointed. Right from the 1st contact which was with Tom it was apparent that this was a professional organisation. No "receptionists" here, when you phone you speak with someone (Tom or John) who knows what they are talking about in a friendly, helpful, manner. The problem (which a previous garage had failed to diagnose) was correctly diagnosed and rectified with minimum fuss. I highly recommend them and will be using them from now on.

   On the way to work this morning, I caught the curb and burst a front tyre. When I phoned Browne and Sons they quickly came to my rescue, meeting me at my car within 10 minutes of the phone call. They clearly explained what they would do whilst I was at work (a local high school) and assured me it would be ready for the end of school. This is the second time they have helped me with a flat tyre. I cannot recommend them enough. First class service.

   We called in at 4:45pm to look at a £17,000 car with strong intent to buy it. The salesman made it plain that he wanted to go home and only grudgingly got the keys out. It was a nice car, we liked it and made this plain. So keen was he to leave that he didn't bother to take our name and number. Over the weekend we filled in the enquiry form on their website to ask about a warranty; we never got a reply and decided that this was not a company worth dealing with.

   I can't give anything but praise for Jon & the team at Browne & son's. We always use them for our mini buses and BMW 7 series for our chauffeur business. The service we receive is always 110% and Jon always fits us in when at times it can be very last minute due to the nature of the job or if a problem happens to come up.
