Dropped my car off at 8.30am for a service and to get a suspension issue looked at, picked up just after 5pm same day all jobs complete! Nice coffee and great advice on the car, will definitely use again. Thoroughly recommend this garage.

After my ignition barrel stopped working, and in turn, my key could not start the engine (to cut a long story short), my vehicle was then stranded on my drive. Walter came out to me during the week at night to investigate, presumably well outside standard hours. He diagnosed the issue and attempted to work out whether there could be a workaround. Unfortunately there was no work around so after another visit he removed the barrel and attempted to fix that. Again, could not be fixed so I opted to find a spare part on eBay. Walter happily agreed to fit this and returned at another later date to do so. He did the vast majority of this, including the final fix which was the fitting of the part, with me not at home and it's great he just got on with it on the driveway and called me upon completion. I now have a working car again after several weeks which I am really chuffed about. It might sound like a long time to wait BUT there was out of hours work involved at my home address, diagnosis, attempted fixes, plus I know they are understaffed and super busy. At the end of the day, I've got my car back and I am grateful for the out of hours work they put in. Good to talk to on the phone too, as happy to give me updates when I wanted them
Called the garage up due to my steering feeling strange. Despite being busy they told me to come in straight away and they would sort it. Sure enough the suspension was broken. Fixed quickly , the service was very professional and friendly, and car feels good as new.
Excellent experience. My Ford Kuga needed a timing belt renewal and another company had been unable to complete the work owing to a factory-fault overtightened crank pulley bolt. The guys at Frettenham took on the job, had it finished within a few hours and even charged less than the original price I was facing from the other company. Great service and secured a long term customer going forward.
