   I will update this review when I return Friday to make my purchase, but I really think the amazing service and information I received when I was in there yesterday needs shouting about! Firstly let me just say that I'm awkward af to find vapes for, I smoke weird and am kinda specific about what I want both aesthetically and functionally. The lady in the store (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) listened to what I thought I wanted, then asked great questions to get me to elaborate further, she knew I wasn't going to purchase the same day but was just browsing and researching to make the right choice yet still was super helpful, not remotely pushy and didn't ignore me despite knowing I wasn't there to buy immediately. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole exchange seem more like talking to a friend than a sales pitch! Had I not already decided I was probably buying from here anyway on payday, her service and attitude alone would have convinced me to! They're not my nearest vape shop by a long way but from the friendliness and loveliness of the whole experience they will now be the one I use regularly!

   I've been a hard and fast tobacco smoker for 55 years, desperate to stop. Popped into the Vapour Rooms for advice about vaping and got it in buckets. Had a bit of a blip with vape pen ( new user issue ) 2nd visit to shop and it was sorted in seconds. Everyone very helpful.
