Been using these guys for a few years now, now all my family use them too, always brilliant. Not a bad thing to say about them.
Update: 3 weeks later we had a punctured tyre and replacement fitted but couldn’t get the dash warning light to go away (the new tyre was OK). We called in at lunchtime and they immediately dropped their lunch to show us how to reset the warning mechanism - no charge, excellent service yet again! Thank you!
I had a front coil spring go which then shredded the tyre. Discovered last Sat morning. I needed my car Tues am to assist Bungay Community Support. I went to the garage late morning on the Saturday and spoke to a mechanic and explained. He booked me straight in on Monday morning and ordered two coil springs (my request). Mid afternoon Monday and springs/tyres refitted and car back on road. Very efficient and friendly service from the go. Thank you very much team.
The mot was done in january, since then ive had to spend £2000 fixing the problems that they where meant to of fixed. After speaking to them they told me it’s my problem. I nearly died today due to there negligence. Please what ever you do, do not get your vehicle repaired here
Great chaps, honest and reliable, maybe not the fanciest of garages but the best for service and price, which is what customers need not a shiny floor and cup of coffee
van went in for an mot before its sale to an unexpecting victim, got rushed through on the low, when it wasn't road worthy, wheel bearing was passed, even though it sounded like a washing machine on its last legs, airbag light was removed as it has a fault, brakes had an issue and warning messages appear, if you want your suspect motor to pass, bring it here!
They've done my MOT and checked my car over a couple of times - good service both times, and they've been excellent in not charging loads of money for simple checks.
Excellent service I received today. The staff are excellent, they kept me informed that I needed some work on my car to pass the MOT, and had all the necessary repairs completed that day. I can’t recommend enough this garage.
