   I Took Heinrich the S Class, to Visit Scarletts for some outstanding work, and I am also looking somewhere I can send him twice a year. I was throughly impressed with Scarletts, and their workmanship and knowledge, which was very good. I value above all else Quality of Workmanship and Knowledge, and I have also found this here. Hence, I shall be returning in December and have already booked in him in for his Holiday at Scarletts. I was also impressed when he was handed back to me, he was clean and tidy with no dirty foot prints, very well presented. That is why i can Confidently give 5 Stars.

   Had gearbox problems with my very low mileage 350 SL after having gearbox problems and having spent over £1400 with other garages who was unable to sort out issues after 2 months of stress I spoke to Stuart and Andy at Scarlett’s and they reassured me they could sort it out one week later picked car up absolutely perfect if you have a Mercedes these are the people to use can’t recommend them highly enough they will be looking after my car in future and I live over 40 miles away thank you all at Scarlett’s

   What a fantastic experience I had at Scarlett Garage in Bungay. From the moment the phone was answered by a reassuring, upbeat and helpful voice, to the mechanic who did the repairs, everyone was so professional, understanding, and kind. I have an old car, which had failed its MOT with another garage; who said they did not have the time to do the repairs, I was concerned that I would not find a garage willing to take the job on.    Our lovely camper developed an engine problem while we were in Portugal. It was allegedly fixed by a garage there but was far from satisfactory. Another garage in Spain did not help either but we managed to limp home. It's sorted now, running like the dream it usually is. Fixed by Scarlett Auto Services in Chedgrave. Thank you guys.
