Came here after a close family friend said he used to work here. Problem was diagnosed elsewhere as a DPF problem, but I was not convinced After Rickarl checked it for me, they told me the DPF was in good condition, and felt it was an electrical fault. Booked my car in with them to have it sorted. Because they were uncertain on how long it would take, they offered me a free loan car with just diesel cost. The staff are friendly and explained everything as they went along The fault was quickly diagnosed and repaired. This garage comes highly recommend. Excellent!!
Excellent honest and friendly service. Having used a few garages around Norwich once we found Rickarl we knew it was a good one! Despite living the opposite side of the city it is worth going there. I cant praise them enough and always recommend them to everyone I know.
