   Would never recommend to anyone! I want to share a disgraceful experience I had with Wymondham Vehicle Services Ltd so others — especially young women — can avoid going through what I did. I took my car in for a mini service. Before they even touched the car, they carried out a check and gave me a list of advisories. Not once did they mention anything about a fuel leak or a high-pressure fuel injector issue, after my service when I went to pay, my bank (Halifax) flagged the payment as potentially fraudulent and blocked it, which immediately put me on edge. The day I picked it up and the next day, my car had a horrific smell of fuel inside and outI called them, as I’ve never experienced anything like this before, I rang them and they told me to bring the car back in, When I did, two mechanics had a look for me and as they turned the engine on, fuel started spraying out of the high-pressure injector rail, one of the mechanics said there was a perfect pinprick hole in the rail, and in all his years, he’d never seen that kind of damage and it wasn’t a common fault. Before I even asked how that could have happened, they were already telling me “we didn’t do this, it’s not our fault”. The receptionist then quoted me £425.95 to fix it. I left feeling upset, confused, and taken advantage of. As a young woman with no car knowledge, I felt completely dismissed and vulnerable, I called my dad to which the next day he went to speak with them in person and after he had spoken to them, I received a message from the receptionist saying she had “negotiated a discount” with him — the new quote was now £358.96. She had originally said the part was £270 (inc. VAT), and originally I was quoted £155.95 for an hour and a half labour. But once my dad — a man — got involved, that labour cost mysteriously dropped to £88.95. This whole situation has left me feeling completely scammed and vulnerable. I want to warn other people to please be cautious when using Wymondham Vehicle Services Ltd. If you’re not confident with cars, take someone with you, ask for everything in writing, and don’t be afraid to question quotes.

The team have excellent knowledge and are always happy to help. Reasonable prices and nice people to deal with. I would happily recommend this garage to others.

   WVS Ltd were recommended by a friend and I used them for the first time today for an MOT. I cannot fault the service I received. My car was collected on time and dropped back to me the same morning. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.    I went for an MOT and my handbrake stopped working on the way there. The staff were so helpful and cleaned up my handbrake so much I didn't need to replace it (which saved me a lot of money!) Very reasonable prices, great staff, incredibly efficient. Im very happy with the service I recieved would absolutely recommend. I 100% support our local businesses! Thank you so much!

   Popped in with a noisy brake problem and 24 hours later I was back on the road with new front discs and pads. Excellent service from the guys that I met (Richard and Dan) and very reasonable prices. I'll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

   Very good experience with WCS. My car was in limp mode and they managed to fit me in during a busy period. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue (broken water pump) quickly and for a good price. Fully recommend.

   Just moved to the area and needed a MOT and a Mercedes service B. I enquired via the web form and Richard got back to me later that day with a quote which was quite a bit cheaper than the local independent Mercedes specialists. I made use of their collection and drop off service and the car was returned to me later in the day with a fresh MOT and the service complete. Can't really ask for more, so that's five stars from me!
