   Looks great for older kids who can run around, but the 0-3 year old area is terrible. Extremely tired, faded and broken soft play, a mirror, and a slide. The area has a sign stating it is for 0-3 yrs only but is filled with boisterous kids, running and diving in from the main area, and so I was concerned for my baby's safety. I stayed half an hour. To charge full price (£8) for a one year old is disingenuous at best, disgraceful at worst. Either make it cheaper or invest in the baby facilities, for example by purchasing new soft play and erecting a fence and gate to stop older kids from ruining the experience. Needless to say, until this happens I shall not be returning.

   Tried to book online from 5pm until 10am the following morning, on 3 separate devices. Finally called when the cafe opened and we'd missed out by an hour. Apparently many people struggling to book. Wasn't impressed to be told we could just turn up and chance it either. Website needs to be sorted.

   Was charged £15 for two children for half hour play time. Unaware that you have to book a slot, I just walked in, paid full price and was asked to leave 30 minutes later. When asked if I could stay a bit longer, was told I could upon paying AGAIN. Would have been nice to be told before.

   A brilliant venue for our child's forth birthday. From initial enquiries, booking and to the actual day, the staff have been helpful, informative and friendly. All the kids had fun on the great soft play equipment, and a great party was had with what was included. No doubt, we'll be back again. Thank you.

   Beth was absolutely brilliant in the Southampton branch. We thought she was brilliant! A great laugh and a lovely lady to have a chat with. She also knew the the rules to pool, which was a huge help to us pool virgins. I’d come back every week if I could! 10/10

   Had my daughters 5th birthday party here yesterday. Had a great time, the staff were all very helpful and the whole thing went really well. (We forgot a lighter for candles and the guy behind the counter lent us one!!) Would recommend!

   We loved this soft play, nice little cafe that's not expensive and sat at the front of the tables, you can pretty much see the whole soft play and keep an eye well apart from a section at the top. Taking a star away as my oldest cut his toe open on a panel inside, we was offered a plaster but no real apology l. We watched 3 staff inspect and remove the panel so was obviously an issue and not just my son..

   Great venue, nestled in Henfield suburbia. Ample parking located close to playing fields. Venue has a cafe with seating, waiting room, covered play area, and toilet facilities. Really helpful staff too. Can be booked out for parties!
