We visited the Kettering store today as our local one in Wellingborough was closed for the day. We were served by Debra who went above and beyond to help me find just the right thing, whilst settling my husband in a chair near the changing room. The selection in store was great, and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you.
Brilliant store. Been buying here for many years. Staff are always lovely and the store manager is extremely helpful, always patient and gets to know what her customers like but also ready to advise on different styles/colours to try.
My wife wanted a dress or 2 . When we arrived in the store, we were greated by a warm welcome. They don't stock petite dresses. However the manager went to extremes in helping her to find what she wanted and more. My wife has said she will go back again when needed
Absolutely superb shop and the Manager Lisa could not have offered me anymore exceptional service. Top lady , I will definitely purchase from this shop again! Sales pitch/attention was so good I ended up buying two outfits and walked away contented.
Wife seems to be always returning things to Roman because of machining faults

My wife and I went to Romans in Kettering my wife was looking for a dress we was greated by Lisa, we couldn't find what we were looking for until Lisa lent a hand she was very knowledgeable and helpful and understanding to our needs, and we ended up purchasing 2 dresses and a waterfall shawl many thanks to Lisa for all her patience and understanding we will have to do it again sometime we traveled from Oadby Leicester to Kettering but it was well worth it well done Roman .
Went to buy an outfit for new years eve. The ladies in the shop we're very attentive. To what I was looking for. Very nice ladies and very chatty. Made me feel comfortable and at ess with the surrounding. Will go again for my next outfit.
