   I had a manicure here. The staff were pleasant and friendly. However, I do feel like this service is overpriced. Considering that I experienced not just one, but two cuts into my cuticles, which left quite a bit of a blood and is still painful three days after I had my nails done. The technicians need to be more careful. Also, the gel came off on the same day. But other than these issues, my fingernails do look and feel much cleaner and smoother than before I had the manicure.

   First time going to Lux today and they have definitely secured my business for the foreseeable! They were extremely gentle, patient with my extremely indecisive self and super lovely! Had a soak off, new set of acrylics and all fancy designs and it came to £43! Literally can not beat that for a price. The nail’s themselves are totally spot on, shape and design both immaculate! 100% recommend them.
