Sadly I received a birthday gift that was faulty and the light wouldn’t switch on . Within days I returned it to customer service and hoped to purchase several other items costing lots more.. . Always been pleased with the Range services in the past but disappointed this time ! Although the item had Range tags and new and faulty ,you can’t exchange without a receipt, bit difficult when it’s a present. I was informed the policy had changed so beware . I wasn’t asking for a refund, I intended spending more money. Not great customer care .

Fantastic size store with a lot to offer, always make the most of the garden offers when on and use it for topping up the Halloween and Xmas decorations as a great deal to offer with great price. Got some new photo frames on last visit as find the ones on sale here are great for individual photo mess ups.

Very difficult to get round as stock blocked aisles and shelves where I might've wanted to look. Very rude (female) manager/supervisor who refused to give way and stepped back to block otherwise clear aisles to make customers double back whilst smirking. Love spending money at The Range, but not this one!

Love this shop. Great choice of home wear and household goods. Ideal if looking for a gift with plenty of choice at a really great price ! Def worth a visit.

It's a bit grubby, messy and soulless.. Not good for environmentally friendly shopping but on the other hand you can get almost anything there from tubs and containers to spices to everything arty and crafty.. Lots of Knick knacks.

The return policy is clear, but for me a stand up paddle board should be returnable if when you use it it sinks in the middle, like a banana. Yes, it was pumped to the correct pressure, yes the paddler was under the weight specifications. (This was not a recent transaction, but still feels notable). Magnetic blackboard paint would also not be returnable if not magnetic (I was told at customer services), fortunately it works excellently. I'm being generous giving a four for the good range of other items. Normally easy to park outside. Halloween seems to start ultra early in the store, then Christnas with noise levels less suited to autistic customers. Staff vary in their knowledge of where to find items such as Brasso or diaries.

Bit of a basic store, no frills. Some items are very competitively priced, others aren't. Good service when ordered stuff on line. Arrived in good time and when promised.

It's a great place for all sorts of thinks household animals toys and bits of food. Sadly not a lot of space left free to get a wheelchair or pram around some areas. Plenty of free parking

I'd Really Prefer To Call This Place 'The Grunge' Yes, there's a vast array of 'stuff' one would never consider ever owning, until it materialises in front of you. But all too often it can be 'stuff' that precariously rests with ageing titles and descriptions. Staff are always busy, but appear haggard and overworked. A single item can be distributed across multiple locations and the same item can move several times in the same month. Sadly, for the most part, the stores appear somewhat cluttered, yet somehow it still works.

Large homeware store spread across two floors. Prices are really reasonable. Do be wary of quality on some of the items though. They have a large Christmas shop upstairs where the lighting and sofas normally are.
