I made an emergency appointment as I damaged my front tooth, Haritha came to my rescue and rebuilt it and you honestly would not know. Haritha was absolutely amazing, she put me completely at ease. If you are a nervous patient I would highly recommend Hoveton Dental Clinic.
I have just chosen Hoveton Dental after my dentist of 15 years retired. I cannot recommend highly enough how pleased I am to have chosen this practice. From initial phone call to the consultation to the first filling , exemplary, efficient, kind, thoughtful, informative, gentle and I now have Denplan in place so an added bonus. If you are looking for a Dentist this is the place to be.
Has to be the worst company I have dealt with over my entire 54 years on this earth, a complete rip off from start to finish. I have a few very small skin tags on my neck and wanted them burning off. Hoveton Surgi Centre/Hoveton Dental Clinic advertised doing this, so I arranged to pop in and have them taken off, they wanted £50 on the phone to secure the booking which was fine (not once did they say how much a consultation fee was), a few days later they then said they could,nt do the date and time we arranged, so they moved it, which was fine again, so I called in today 15/04/25 and went in to the medical room and a gentleman called Vamsi Velchura greeted me saying sorry and can't shake your hand as I've hurt my hand, and couldn't move it (so certainly wasn't doing any removals). first words "are you on medication" which I informed him I had sent all my medical details through last week, he then said "I can't remove your skin tags today as your on blood thinners", I angrily said "i've already sent you the list of my medication I take last week you could of said this and I wouldn't of took a day off work", which the lady then said, very sorry its mis communication. I then left to be stopped at the door to be told 1, I owe another £100 for today and 2, they want £1200 to remove my skin tags, I said "£1200??" the receptionist said "yes thats for taking 10-12 skin tags off", I said "I don't have that many, should I grow some more", its now getting comical, its like there dentist side saying we take one tooth out for £200 or 74 for £2400, then I was told I owe another £100, I said I've taken a day off work when you could of told me you couldn't any of this as I,m on blood thinners AND, I was never told there was a £150 consultation fee AND I was in there 2 minutes maximum and he said 10 words to me for £150, I make that £4500 A HOUR, YOU COULDN'T WRITE IT. If I did"nt know better I would think it was a scam pop up centre that you read about, I"ve never come across a company so incompetent, unprofessional and expensive. Anybody thinking of using Hoveton Dental Clinic/Hoveton Surgi Centre please think again. Complete rip off.
Before I started attending Hoveton dental clinic my teeth were so unhealthy, I hated how they looked. After just one appointment at hoveton I was feeling more confident about getting my teeth back to being clean and healthy. A tooth removal and a few appointments later my teeth are now 100% healthy. Best decision I made to move to this dentist.
I have been going to this dentist for a number of years and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Today my child had their first visit to the dentist and not a single tear. A special thank you to Stacey in the team, who went above and beyond to help this. Highly recommend this practice to others.
I have just registered with Hoveton Dental Practice after my dentist in North Walsham closed. I have found their service really excellent with a welcoming, friendly attitude and very professional. It has been simple to register and no trouble getting an appointment in reasonable time.
I have been a patient at this dental practice since Peter Waldron first owned it in the early 1970s. Since his retirement I have remained a patient and have enjoyed a continuing first-class service and total professionalism from the practitioners, who have ably attended to mine and my wife’s dental care. I highly recommended this practice,
I would not recommend the use of this practice. The dentist recommended that my 15 year old son's cracked tooth should be pulled out (to prepare him for implants which are now this dentist's main source of income) Even the orthodontist was appalled and wrote a letter of complaint. The fillings material they use is cheap and falls off within 12 to 18 months. I am now paying for my son's filling to be done again with better materials. They promised a lot but delivered very little. Do not use this practice unless you are aiming for implants.
