   Apart from the lovely lady at reception this was an absolute hellish visit. The guy was so absolutely utterly unnecessary rude to me it was incredible. Genuinely concerned that I don't have anywhere near 2 1/2 grand to fix my teeth and the attitude this guy had towards me was just horrendous. Have extremely sensitive gums and he just told me to suck it up as he was jabbing it with a sharp instrument and then really didn't care that I was gagging on the x-ray plates. About as sympathetic as a kick in the nuts. I wouldn't recommend this guy if my gums depended on it. But he's the sole dentist in his own private practice so he can do and say whatever the hell he likes. Great. Not at all surprised to see the majority of previous reviewer from women. Maybe it's just blokes he doesn't like. Maybe it's everyone.

   I have received excellent professional advice and work during the last six months at Dentabrite having transferred from another dental practice. This began with a thorough examination and explanation of problems and solutions followed by a series of appointments resulting in first class reparation. Throughout all of the work I have had total confidence in the knowledge and expertise of everyone particularly Dr Alek. His support team are warm and welcoming with a genuine interest in patients and dispel any nervousness. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a new dentist.

   WARNING UPDATED! PRICES STILL NOT UPDATED 2 MONTHS LATER! My original review below was responded to but the response is not related to me, I did not have any of the treatment states below plus I’m sure this kind of information shouldn’t be shared on the internet. PRICES STILL NOT UPDATED ON THE WEBSITE DESPITE THEM TELLING ME THEY WOULD BE!!! Prices on the website are completely wrong - I paid significantly more and when I complained I was told the website was being updated - 3 weeks later it still has the lower incorrect prices. Very expensive so make sure you find out what price you will have to pay before booking!

   I don’t like the dentist, never have, so I was quite nervous when I went to Dentabrite for some routine work to be done, also new to the area. I needn’t of worried as Alex was very understanding of my fears and was able to make me feel relaxed, his assistant is very reassuring as well. I now am confident to recommend this dentist. Not forgetting the lovely Suzanna who is equally welcoming.

   I joined this practice two years ago when I moved to the Diss area. I feel very lucky that I found it. Susanna is incredibly lovely and can't do enough for you. Alex is very thorough, gentle and professional. I really recommend Dentabrite for a comfortable family run clinic where you'll feel looked after and safe!!

Alex is amazing at keeping me calm and I never imagined I'd meet a dentist who could make me laugh during a root canal! The staff are friendly and welcoming too and the clinic feels Covid secure. A great family run practice.

   I originally joined the Dentabrite Clinic for a second opinion. I chose the clinic on account of Dr Alek Missankov's graduating in South Africa which has an excellent reputation for dentistry. And I am so glad I did. Within minutes of looking at my teeth and gums, Dr Alek calmly reassured me I did not, as advised by my previous dentist, have gum disease but rather simply a bit of food stuck in between my tooth and gum which was irritating the latter!! From this day on I have steadfastly stuck with the clinic on account of its expertise, ethics and fair, transparent pricing - there is never, ever any 'hard sell', only trustworthy advice. Dr Alek, the Practice Manager Susanna and the rest of the team are utterly charming and offer excellent, professional, cheerful customer service. Consequently a trip to the Dentabrite Clinic is pleasure, not a chore! I would heartily recommend the practice without hesitation.
