   Disappointing. Been here for many years with Rosemary as my dentist who was fab. However, now it’s just referrals for unnecessary dental work at exorbitant prices. It gets worse. After being told I needed several fillings I decided to get a second opinion. There are no fillings required but I do need a cracked tooth sorted which was missed by the dentist (or dental technician) that I saw at Spixworth.

   I feel I must send a positive feedback for the new spixworth dentist I have seen twice now and not had a negative experience as some have. In my opinion the faults lie at the out Going dentist due to sour grapes with his departure and seemily disappearing patient records

   Folk AVOID this place at all Costs!!! - attended today to ask for an update on some upcoming Surgery! To be be Informed I had been Discharged due to 2 missed appointments - what has puzzled me is One of these Appointments We're back When the former Owner had the place so why is the surgery questioning it! And then one missed in May! This year - well most of April and May I was House Bound - so why Would I be booking Dentist Appointments if I Wasn't able to leave the house! ??? So clearly There's some ICT tech Error! But Instead I Now have to suffer MASSIVELY surgery is also Probably off the list! As well! I then tried to explain that I Hadn't booked any appointments.im then Asked am I arguing with the system! And I Would of been more believed if it was paper based !!! The attitude from the (Owner) - the (new owner mind) was out ragous! I Then suggest Further Action will be taken for patient Neglect she replies go for it! So her Instructions shall be Adhered She then passes a Sligh comment upon my Exit Very Quietly and it sure Wasn't Pleasant words!! - I Won't repeat what was said but my god shock is an Understatement

   Since covid.we were worried about ringing as know they were under alot of worry .But when rang up they got us in for check up .My husband had to have filling so made a appointment He was so impressed with how careful they were about coronavirus rules ...To keep everyone safe ...Thankyou all x Brilliant Dentist .

   My family and I have been using this dentist for many yrs as NHS patients. In my time I have only ever had the best treatment and care one could ask for. The Always helpful staff will do there upmost to fit you in as an emergency if needed. The dentist always puts his patients at ease while doing any procedure and the nurses are friendly and efficient Many thanks to all at Spixworth dental practice

   Pretty unhelpful receptionist, conversation as follows. Me: Hi, I’ve just moved to Spixworth and am calling to find out if you’re taking on any new private patients? Reception: no unfortunately not. Me: ok, can you recommend any other local dentists? Receptionist: Not really, no. Side note, I’ve found Horsford to be very helpful, they are also taking on new patients.
