   Absolutely astonishing. They told me I could have my tooth filling done within around 1 month, I came to the dentist and the guy tells me he can't do It and I have to rebook? I understand there is a reason but we let them know multiple times we wanted it done and exactly what we needed. So now its delayed by another month so I have to wait 2 months total just to get this filling fixed, even though the guy said it would be done by next week ( this is during the appointment I just had when I was told to rebook ), which was wrong. This place is absolutely atrocious nowadays would never use they've delayed other appointments too multiple times, which I'm not exaggerating. This place used to be good but now it's just really going downhill.

   Just wanted to feedback about the exceptional service received from Dr Carla Martins. Her compassion and manner when removing my daughter’s tooth was amazing. She made her feel so comfortable and relaxed and explained it in a way an 8 year old can understand. 10 out of 10

   When we moved from London a couple of years ago, we couldn’t find a local dentist at all. Thankfully we were recommended to join BDP and I’m really glad that we did. They have always been quick to respond and to provide appointments when needed. I want to make a particular shout out to Charlie Carr. She has a really friendly and professional manner. She did a filling repair for me today and it was really painless and stress-free. She is a total credit to the surgery and her profession.

   Awful practice, very rude reception! I was 4 minutes late due to traffic I called and explained this to the receptionist who said there was a 5 minute late policy, however I made in time to be told very abruptly that the hygienist was talking to the dentist and cancelled my appointment! Absolutely shocking customer service skills. Avoid this practice.

   I've been with Beechcroft for over a year now and I have found all the staff, receptionists, dentists, dental nurses, without exception, are all wonderful, friendly people. Unlike my previous dentist, I find that the team at Beechcroft all give me the time I need. They don't treat me like I'm a timewaster, just a means to make money, or just a number. I would, without hesitation, recommend Beechcroft to anyone looking for a dentist, or is fed up with their dentist. I can now go to dentist happy and without fear "of the dentist"! Keep up the good work everyone.
