   I am extremely nervous and anxious from start to finish. Thanks to Jack I managed the procedure. I didn’t feel rushed afterwards either which helped. The reception staff are caring and kind, the dental assistants are supportive and patient too. Absolutely 100% and more recommend. Thankyou for taking care of me.

   Peppermint is by far the best dentist ive ever been to. I suffer greatly with a phobia of dentists and treatment due to a very bad experience 3 years ago when a tooth extraction left me in absolute agony. I had a tooth extraction yesterday 21st Nov and being very anxious and extremely panicky. The staff couldnt have made me feel more at ease. The receptionists are lovely and help by talking too you. My dentist Jack was amazing talked me through the procedure and helped me overcome my fear of having an extraction without being sedated, Jack's assistant was lovely aswell, talked to me during the procedure and helped me stay calm. Today is the day after and apart from a little bit of discomfort which is expected im all good. Thankyou Peppermint Dental practice, youve restored my faith in coming to the dentist. Thankyou Jack for helping me calm my anxiety and being sensitive to my needs. Id highly recommend this dentist. If I could give 10 stars I would.

   What an amazing experience……I never thought I would say that about having a tooth out! I am writing on behalf of my sister. From the very start the Receptionists, Danyell & Hilary were kind and friendly. My sister was extremely nervous but the consultation was very good as Kate explained everything and gave my sister the confidence to go ahead with the treatment. My sister was shaking like a leaf on the car journey to Peppermint, but again the kindness & friendliness of the whole team was really helpful. She had the tooth out with sedation, which went really well. Kate and Lynsey were calm and really supportive. Again I have to say what an amazing team and we are so grateful of your excellent care and attention. Thank you

   Friendly and skilled staff who work to a very high standard. Good place to go if you have dentist fobia. Very comfortable waiting area and plenty of on site parking. Have been with the practice for 10 years and have no intention of going elsewhere.

   I've just had three wisdom teeth taken out by Kate Starling and her assistant. All done very efficiently and without pain and in a room with pink walls, which was rather calming. Most of all though, they were both extremely friendly and reassuring whilst talking me through the whole process so that I knew what to expect. They were also happy to answer any questions I had. It's a pity that their list is closed or I'd sign up the whole family to get our dental care there. If you do get referred you can be reassured that you will be well looked after. An excellent dental practice.

   I'm super anxious about needles and told the dentist. I was having a wisdom tooth removed. They were all fantastic. Kate, the dentist, was super patient with me. Super reassuring and so lovely. The gloves also smelled like bubblegum which I thought was a nice little touch.

   Kate the dental surgeon did what I understand was a tricky extraction and she was totally brilliant. I hate medical things and she made me feel calm, explained everything clearly and put me totally at ease. There was no real pain and she talked me through it at each stage. Wonderful place, wonderful staff, totally better than any other dentist I have been to. Strongly recommend. Thank you Kate.

   Fantastic job by Kate. I am a nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist so when I was told I had to have a tooth removed I was petrified and thinking of all excuses under the sun to get out of it but nothing would work, to top it off they where so nice and reassuring which made it hard for me to say no, even though I was aware it was for my own dental health. On the day of the extraction via sedation my mouth was like a sandpit and I was unable to drink anything so even though I was nervous I was keen to get it over with. On entering the practice the reception was half empty and the reception team where really good to me which felt nice. I think if it hadn’t have been for my escort I probably would have sneaked out at this point but I couldn’t as I need him to give me a lift home. Within 15 minutes I was called through to see Kate ( the dentist ) who is a fantastic and reassuring lady. Unlike most dentists she doesn’t speak down to you she speaks with you which is really good and if there is any questions at any time she is more than willing to answer them. I got comfy on the chair and then had my blood pressure checked with my blood oxygen level. I then signed a disclaimer form and within 5 minutes she said I may feel I small scratch as the needle goes in. I then remembered trying to tell her she did that better than the bloody donation people but it never came out right so I asked her if she had started the sedation and she confirmed yes. The next thing I remember is waking up in the recovery room. All fears and worries gone and feeling slightly drowsy and thirsty. I have a slight discomfort where my tooth used to be but no pain or major blood loss like 20 years ago in the RAF. I was a bit wobbly on my way out and understand why we need an escort however once home I laid on the couch dozed off and woke up at 3am went to bed then woke up at 10am. I can’t begin to thank Kate and her team for helping me through what was a really nervous and anxious time for me. If anyone has a fear of the dentist please try Peppermint as they where FANTASTIC with me.
