After a complicated injury and subsequent surgeries on my rotator cuff and bicep Ash was kind, understanding and very helpful when it came to my recovery. Despite the fact that my recovery wasn't going as planned I felt that Ash supported me and never pushed me more than I could manage. She is professional and knowledgeable and I can recommend her not just for PT but massage too as she is very good at that too. Thanks Ash!”

The guy who gave me a tour and helped me set up a membership was really lovely and helpful. Overall I instantly felt welcomed. The pool users are all very friendly and chatty. I love that there’s music in the pool so you’re not lost in the depths of your own thoughts while you swim, just focus on having a nice time!”

She reassured me with my anxiety and dental fears/trauma during both sessions. Grooming salon. Alpacas on site. Camp site. Finally, a perfect dog friendly cafe. They have a dog menu such as: roast dinner, pup cake, burgers, sausages, milk, and pawsecco. Then, a wide range of human meals. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are always friendly. My dogs bark, but I never feel embarrassed.”

My sister was extremely nervous but the consultation was very good as Kate explained everything and gave my sister the confidence to go ahead with the treatment. “I have been taking my dogs to The Small Animal Clinic for about 6 months. Initially I was just taking my young Jack Russell and I have more recently started taking my 9 year old Labrador for swimming for fitness. Natalie is incredibly patient and calm and clearly loves my dogs. My Jack Russell can be a bit nervous and scared around water, it has been wonderful to see how happy she is to go into the treadmill with Natalie and she is always so pleased to see her. My Labrador very quickly decided that she was one of the few people that he loves to be around. What a fantastic set up and it is so lovely to see how much Natalie cares about each dog and she has a phenomenal amount of knowledge and understanding about what each dog needs. “This surgery is wonderful. I moved here from Diss, having had terrible experiences with doctors in the past. Was quickly diagnosed with a chronic condition, shortly after moving to Windmill, which I had been going to doctors to with symptoms for years. Every time I need an appointment, I can get one, either through calling at 8, or filling in the online form. The staff are so friendly; receptionists always so helpful and facilitating and the doctors are patient, listen to your needs and don't ever try to fob you off, if something doesn't work, they are happy to try something else! Can't fault windmill and feel very lucky to be registered there.”

“I visited Dr Edres after not been to a dentist for about 15 years. I’ve always been reluctant as finding a dentist you like can be difficult. However I had the most pleasant experience at the Queen Street Surgery with Dr Edres. He took an x-ray and found a tooth that needed a filling which made me nervous. It was completely fine and painless to have done. He was also very professional and very polite. I could not recommend Dr Edres enough. I have since relocated and wouldn’t think twice about having to travel 2 hours to visit him again. Highly recommended!!!”
