It was a very good appointment and the staff were very professional. They were punctual and extremely knowledge when it came to my daughter's eyes

Very helpful and polite staff.when I took a family member in a wheelchair they very quickly got out a portable ramp and where only too happy to help, when I took my 13 nephew we had a chat about contact lenses and again got some for him to try, even when he decided that it was not for him yet, they where all very patient. It’s easy to park so no traveling into the city that’s a plus in my book.

She explained every step then Roy made the eye examination clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. When it came to choosing glasses, Roxy was exceptional — she took the time to help me find frames that really suited me, offering honest advice and thoughtful suggestions. Her attention to detail, patience, and caring approach made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Great staff and customer service. Extremely helpful as Iv not needed glasses before they were great from the second I walked in the door until the second I left with my first pair.
You sent me an email on 9th November asking how I was getting on with my new glasses. My initial appointment was in 7th October but unfortunately when my new glasses were provided 2 weeks later, the prescription was wrong. At the initial appointment I opted for 2 pairs of glasses, the second being sun glasses. Unfortunately it turns out that the frame I selected for these was not suitable. Today, 9th November, I am still waiting for my glasses despite being told that the revised prescription was to have been fast tracked. Not too impressed at the moment; I’ll let you know how I get on with them - when they turn up!
In both visits I had to wait quite a while as there is only a small team, but everyone I came into contact with was polite and knowledgeable
Recently opened. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Visit was smooth and straightforward. Not too busy and very little waiting around. Good selection of frames starting from £19. Would use again.
