Normally good but this morning after ringing at 10.30am we drove from Porthcawl only to be told they didn't have what they told me they had an hour earlier. Nice guys but pretty disappointing today

The staff here are so rude with customers that spend a lot of money weekly with them they gang together and gossip and laugh at their customers, they need some customer service training and maybe be aware that people have things going on in there life they don't need to be ridiculed or made fun off when they are spending their money with the business, would definitely not recommend
Always have whot I wanted if they didn't have it they ordered it tom the blocks company has provided the community with good service and friendly staff
Having a look around the compound, one of the lads was very helpful, found out for me price of certain item,then loaded me up with couple bags of gravel I ordered.....
Went in with many questions, young lad behind the till was great with advice and pricing. Back in a few days to order as was only £12ish for local delivery for my lap fencing panels etc.
Good quality building supplies at a good price , friendly and knowledgeable staff .
