Having already purchased lots of wall cladding product over a year ago (sample of which I had which I needed lots more to match) I phoned this shop a week ago and was told that they were to busy to talk, so I drove 5 miles to pay them a visit —on Thursday the 17th around 2pm. On arrival, the shop was empty then and there were NO CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP but only myself, so waited a while. A salesman with a green top eventually approached me but I still had to wait while he was fiddling on his mobile; not talking. He told me to wait while he was still checking something. I told him that I had previously phoned and was told they were too busy to see to me ; and now that I am here in the shop, I am still having to wait while he was possibly busy serving someone else on his phone! On hearing this he did try to help me with no success to what I needed, and this was down to his total and basic unhelpfulness! MY COMMENT I believe that its only fair to give priority to customers, who has made the effort to appear in person, at any store. In this case, I had been disappointed on 2 occasions and believe that this was the very same salesman on both account; by phone and in store. If he was employed by me, I would sack him for discrediting this shop's good name. In the past, I have spent a lot of money in this shop. I have noted down the name of this product, and by hell or high waters I will never set foot in this shop again and will seek elsewhere for the same product.
