Went to buy some slates, guy with forklift OK’d carrying pack to till. Got to till and was told to go back into yard to get ticket. Then was told I was rude for expressing this was bad customer service. Then lectured on my rudeness. In the end I left without buying slates. In my experience it’s cheaper and easier service elsewhere. Won’t be returning.

Refused return of unused artex bag costing £38. No mention on purchase. Email receipt says: "In the event that you want to return any Travis Perkins product, we promise to provide you with a full refund or offer you an exchange where possible. Simply return the goods within 14 days, in the original condition and in unused packaging, together with proof of purchase. *Please note that our minimum charge for a collection service is 15% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 days" If there are exemptions to your returnable items, it should be clearly stated at time of purchase. Very poor customer service

Travis Perkins Swansea is the ONE. I use them time and time again, and the service is always on point. To be honest I could write them a ton 5 star reviews. I have used all of the suppliers around Swansea and this branch of TP is the best. Always got plenty of stock or able to get their hands on it. Go out of their way to help me with quotes or any queries I have. On a couple of occasions have helped me out big time with sorting a quick delivery. Special mentions, Michael on the customer service desk = Legend. Provides excellent service every time! Amber = A superstar, whether it's in branch, on the phone, or via email amber has always been able to answer queries quickly and generously always tries to help. Jordan once saved a job for me, I was having a mare and he ended up bringing out materials exactly when I needed them. Hero. A big thanks to the whole crew, the yard lot, the delivery drivers.
