I was building a book case with my son, and the young lad with a beard was extremely helpful ,sorry that i never got his name ,he had plenty of time for us ,cut timber and board to size ,great lad and thank you for all your help.

Went there for some timber as a beginner to word working and they were extremely professional, quick and helped cut the length into two pieces as well. Nearby suppliers wanted double so I was happy to know they are reasonable with their prices too.
Ordered a fence panel on the phone and was delivered a couple of hours later. Very reasonably priced. Easy to talk to on the phone too. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks.

I must say what an outstanding service I had from all at Scott's Timber, they were recommended by a friend and they didn't disappoint. Very competitive prices which is a massive plus point but also quality timber as well C24, and to go one better I phoned them this morning (27th June)with a small hope of same day delivery because of the weather and they squeezed me in. I'll definitely be returning and also recommend them.
5 stars are just not enough. So so helpful. Sold me exactly what I needed despite more expensive alternatives, right size and cut to the lengths I wanted, delivered promptly, friendly and free. All for half the price I could find elsewhere. So unusual to find service more important than profit.
