   Impossible to get hold of on the phone - both local branch in Swansea and head office. Tried for 5 hours, so not a one off call. Placed an online order 7 days ago and have heard nothing. Finding fitters is hard enough without not being able to confirm when materials will be in site. Please answer your phones. Edit: I have subsequently discovered that local Eurocell branches are being poorly served by their head office management team, who have been enforcing absolutely absurd stock management practices and inconsistent stock levels on branches. This has resulted in local branches being unable to consistently meet customers’ needs. Eurocell still get a one star review, but this is directed at head office management, not local branch staff.
