Ended up cancelling the item, after sending a formal complaint. Promised a reply to my complaint by the manager which I still haven't received. Wouldn't go there again, very disappointed.
Marc was very friendly in the shop but end it is a very big but he said it will be delivered about next day around 10am so we did empty our fridge freezer and the new fridge freezer came 1545 am so we had to throw all our goods away because it was defrosted . We phoned 3 times to get an answer when it will arrive and again we didn’t got a proper answer. So the result is we don’t go there anymore
We are having a kitchen refit, and needed some help and advice about replacing a couple of items. We were welcomed by Melissa, who proceeded to take time, and share her knowledge of the products that we were looking at. She was polite, efficient, friendly and helpful. We have also been assisted by Mark on the phone, and also in store. We have never been to Quinn's before, but would definitely use them again. Impressive customer service.
Visited the coffee shop with a group of friends. We have been here many times. Busy place. Plenty of seating areas. Drinks and snacks on par with other places. Staff friendly
I'm joining the one star gang I'm afraid.I didn't even order because I felt a very poor level of delivery service was too come after asking a few questions. The doors on the American Fridge Freezer would need to be removed before going through the property door. I asking if the delivery men would advise and support. Response 'it's in the manual and they can't stand around waiting for customers to remove'. Great so how am I supposed to get the machine by myself. It would appear I'm not and expert and neither are Quinn's.
Absolutely poor customer service. Bought an air conditoning unit which they sold as air evaporation which does not need to be drained. Took unit back as it was filling up with water and needed emptying regularly or when the plug at the back was out was streaming with water. Refused a refund even though was mis sold. Poor attitude to rectify situation even to the extent the gentleman walked off stating im not wasting any more time with this! Be very careful when buying from here if you need to return anything.
Make sure you know your consumer rights before you buy, god help you if your appliance develops a fault. The person you buy the goods off is whom you have the contract with, NOT THE MANUFACTURER.
So i went to quinns this weekend looking for a fridge freezer after i been looking for weeks for one. I found one at a very good price an chufft to bits. The staff there are really good they know there stuff an are really willing to help an they have a really good price for delivery that shocked me i will be looking for a cooker and a washing machine soon an to save all the fuss i be going back there again 100% service here!!
